You may notice that a specific article was added to your FirstRain feed significantly later than it was published on the source site.
This issue may happen when the time zone of the source web site is different from your local time zone. Please check in which country the source web site is located and how many hours they are ahead or behind your local time.
If you have confirmed that there is an actual delay that is not caused by time zone difference, please submit a request for our team to investigate the issue further.
If the issue is not related to Time Zone difference and it is present for multiple customers/ sources, escalate it to SaaS by creating a SaaS Incident.
If the issue is happening for a single customer and source, please escalate it to our PS team according to the routing table.
