FirstRain API V2 counts daily email may not be received. This issue needs to be fixed and you would want to receive API usage counts for the missing email/s.
Please reach out to the support team with the date of the last email received with API V2 counts. They will share the missing API counts with you and investigate and fix this issue.
Elevate this issue to the PS team providing information about the specific dates on which the API counts' emails have not been received by the client.
