You may find out that you're not receiving documents from new sources you've recently added.
Before creating a support ticket, please check if the sources have made any content since you've stopped receiving from them because maybe they haven't and that's the problem. Also, keep in mind that some sources have multi-story pages, and we would not be able to extract individual articles from such sections.
However, if the issue is not related to the above-mentioned, please create a support ticket and our agents will be happy to help.
