You may notice that FirstRain feed files are not uploaded to the FTP (
ftps.firstrain.com) according to the normal schedule.
Submit a request to FirstRain support to investigate why the files are missing, describing when the issue started.
One of the possible root causes for this issue is that the server is busy with the Solr Indexing process, delaying the delivery of files to the FTP. File delivery schedule can differ for various customers.
Elevate the case to the SaaS team as a Showstopper to investigate and resolve the case.
Once the issue is resolved, SaaS should provide a proof that the latest files were processed, ask the customer to confirm that all files were delivered; support agents do not have access to the FirstRain FTP.
