You may want to receive email alerts with news and updates once you have set up a channel.
- Log in to FirstRain.
- Open the Email Settings page:
- Click on your name on the left panel and select Email Settings.
- From any channel, click on the Gears icon and select Manage Emails.
- From the list of all available channels, locate the channel for which you want to receive emails.
- Select the panels (e.g., What's new, Who to Call) that will be included in the emails. You can expand panels to select only certain subsections.
- Select the days of the week and time (morning - 8 AM, afternoon - 2 PM, evening - 6 PM according to your account time zone) when you want to receive email updates.
- Click Save in the top right corner of the page.
