You may face an issue that the TLS/ SSL certificate has expired for one of the *.firstrain.com portals, disapplying the following error:
Your connection is not private
We have automated monitoring in place to renew certificates that are going to expire on time.
However, if you encounter an issue with a certificate that expired, submit a request to FirstRain support to renew the certificate, marking the case as a Complete Outage.
Elevate issues with expired certificates to the SaaS team as a Showstopper.
Once the issue is resolved by SaaS, confirm that the affected site is reachable. You can also check the certificate information on the Digicert portal.
