You may notice that the volume of articles retrieved by FirstRain for the selected companies has decreased.
Submit a request to FirstRain support to investigate why the number of key publications has decreased, including the date when the issue started.
- Open the Operations Dashboard.
- From the Index dropdown, select Extended Documents.
- Check if there is a decrease in the volume of articles for the past few days (excluding weekends - it is normal behavior to have a lower volume on weekends).
- Repeat steps 2-3 for English Documents or Non English Documents, based on the content that is usually delivered to the customer.
- Check maintenance history to see if any outages occurred that may have caused the issue.
- Elevate the issue to the SaaS team as Showstopper.
