You may notice that monitors are not working or the entire FirstRain Research portal is not loading. The following error may be displayed:

Submit a request to FirstRain support to investigate why the monitors are not working, including the are you are encountering or names of the affected monitors
- Reproduce the issue by logging in to FirstRain Research (with the same credentials you use to log in to the FirstRain app) and opening any monitor.
- Elevate the case to the SaaS team for further investigation and resolution.
